Program

1 Day:
Arrival at airport and transfer to
Hotel "All Querce" in Castelbuono.
Evening: Dinner.

Day 2:
Morning: Breakfast followed by Italian lessons (2 lessons of 50 minutes) in hotel "All Querce".
Afternoon: Guided tour of the old town of Castelbuono and tasting of local specialties. Shopping (by the participants) for the trip to the mountains with a picnic.
Evening: Cooking Class and Dinner (Sicilian specialties).

 
Day 3:
Morning: Breakfast followed by Italian lessons 2 lessons of 50 minutes at the hotel "All Querce".
Afternoon: Guided hike in the Madonie Park. Tour of the Giant Holly and monumental trees of the park.
Picnic and demonstration of the preparation of "ricotta" (fresh curd cheese) with subsequent tasting.
Evening: Dinner in a typical Restaurant in the old town of Castelbuono.

Day 4:
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Interactive lessons with wine tasting in the old Abbey of Santa Anastasia www.abbaziasantanastasia.com. An excellent winery
nestled in the hills of the Madonie Mountains, between lush vineyards and olive groves.
Afternoon transfer to Hotel Riva del Sole - Cefalu and free time.
Evening: Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5:
Morning: Breakfast followed by Italian lessons (2 lessons
50 minutes) at the hotel "Riva del Sole".
Guided tour of the historic center of Cefalù, the Arab-Norman Cathedral and the medieval wash area.
Afternoon: Free Planning (beach / shopping).
Evening: Dinner.

Day 6:
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel "Riva del Sole". Excursion Palermo - Monreale with guided tour of the historic center of Palermo and Monreale. Visit to the Arab / Norman cathedral and the typical Arab market.
Lunch: snack in the "Antica Focacceria San Francesco" with typical paler-mitanischen specialties.
Evening: Dinner at the hotel.

Day 7:
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel "Riva del Sole".
Day free disposition.
Evening: Dinner

Day 8:
Transfer to the airport
